If you ever need to return an order, the process and conditions are outlined below for your convenience. 

Eligibility for Returns 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. All product tags, labels, and packaging should remain intact. 
 

Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team. Items that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately be declined. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit Your Request 

Send an email to niwestrotechnologies@gmail.com with your Order ID and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item. 


Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos 

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos to your email so we can process your request more efficiently. 
 

Step 3: Follow the Instructions 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Please ensure that the items are packed securely before sending them back. 


We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our return requirements. 

Refund Process and Timeline 

After the returned product reaches us, our quality team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions. You will then be notified if your refund has been approved or declined. 


For approved cases, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within five to seven business days. Once the transaction is completed, a confirmation email will be shared with you. 

Partial Refunds 

In some cases where the product only partially meets the return conditions, such as missing packaging or minor damage, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photos or videos of the issue so that we can resolve it quickly, either by replacement or refund as per your preference.
